I just notived the code in there will potentially result in
afterPropertiesSet being called twice on the sqlMapTemplate, if the
latter has been passed in as an argument, instead of being created by
SqlMapDaoSupport (since the container will have already called the
method on the template). The source of the template probably needs to be
tracked, and the afterPropertiesSet() only called if it's internally
created. Ditto for SqlMapClientDaoSupport...
