[Springframework-developer] Using @since

While browsing through the codebase I came across a couple of a few
classes that were introduced after 1.0. I think it's a good thing to
start using the @since tag to allow for users to see whether or not the
current release they're using already contains the functionality.

Objections to adding them when I stumble upon classes introduced after
1.0?

This is a good idea. There's already usage with dates, in a number of=20
files, but switching to a version is more useful...
