Just saw this announcement over at TSS:

The actual site is: http://javaforge.com/
Basically a sourceforge type site for Java projects using Subversion instead 
of CVS.  It's being provided by Javalobby and is still in beta, but something 
to keep one's eye on.  It may be a tempting alternative to sourceforge if it 
proves to be better managed?
