What you wrote sounded right, and I think I understand what you are planning now, and it should workwell. Its just a much different implementation than what I was thinking, so my own preconceived ideas were clouding my ability to see your idea. My understanding is that whatever we choose for our "0.8" or "early access" release is not guarenteed to be compatible with our 1.0 release. We obviously want to encourage people to start developing with it, but we won't be burdened by backwards compatibility to support it. If, for example, we discover a glaring hole in the code, we can change it for 1.0 even if it breaks any applications coded against 0.8. Is this correct? Trevor D.
