[Springframework-developer] Need Information on JIRA assignment

Hi All,
  I am a newcomer to this group. I have gone through the contributor
process and have got a Spring framework JIRA access as well.
  Could someone please let me know the process on how I can assign a JIRA
(bug) on to my name and work on it?
