[Springframework-rcp-dev] Ukraine and Russian translation of messages.properties

Hi.

During work on my last two project I've created messages_uk_UA.properties
and messages_ru_RU.properties with Ukraine and Russian translations
correspondingly. I think it'll be useful to have those files in Spring RCP.
How can I commit them?
