[Springframework-rcp-dev] Deprecated stuff

Hi,

I was just wondering if we can remove the deprecated methods/classes.
Normally these are kept around for backwards compatibility between
releases, but we haven't had a full release yet. Do we want to keep
these in our 1.0 release or is it enough to mention them in the
upgrading docs?
