[Springframework-developer] WebLogic 8.1 SP3 now works with ContextLoaderListener

Don't know if someone mentioned this already, but WebLogic 8.1 SP3 seems to have
been modified to follow the Servlet 2.4 spec for initialization of listeners to
be done before the load-on-startup servlets.  This means that
ContextLoaderListener can now be used on WebLogic!
