That is possible. I know Geoffrey created the repository and added a number of artifacts. The distribution tag in the pom shows the server/path to access the repo. You might be able to do a deploy:deploy-file if you have access rights to the shell.sourceforge.net host. If not, just send the artifact to me and I will upload it.
