the snapshots should be pushed to our snapshotRepository (!= the springRepository) at SF ( http://spring-rich-c.sf.net/maven2SnapshotRepository ),
so they don't pollute the  release springRepo.

There are still some issues with "mvn site-deploy" (SF can't handle the size of uploads), so we 'd better leave this out for now.
