Springenwerk is a Cross Site Scripting (XSS) security scanner written in Python.

This new version of Springenwerk doesn't choke on invalid HTML pages anymore. It also adds Unicode support. Both has been made possible by a switch to the great BeautifulSoup HTML parser. This is the answer to a lot of your requests (two, that is)!

Springenwerk is a free Cross Site Scripting (XSS) security scanner written in Python.

Only one day after the first public release I'm releasing a bugfix release of the Springenwerk Security Scanner! It fixes issues with writing the results html file while checking POST data, issues with the Python version check (thanks to Detlef Lannert) and a bug in handling relative form actions.
