With previous releases all but the active worksheet is in the "Ignore these Worksheet..." field and only the active worksheet is in the "Compare these Worksheets..." column. With v1.31 all worksheets in the workbook are now added to the "Compare these Worksheets..." column. I have 20 worksheets in each workbook, so I now have to remove individually 19 of the worksheets as there is no remove all, and then another 19 for the 2nd workbook. Saving the preferences does not help and each compare will revert back to wanting to compare all worksheets.

On the page to select the first worksheet there is a checkbox at the bottom
to automatically select all matching worksheets. If that is not checked,
then by default only the active worksheets are selected. There is also an
'Active' button to reset to the active worksheets only. This is part of my
longer term goal of having 3 buttons on the ribbon: Active, Matching and
    Full.

Thanks for the clarification.  I guess because all items were already in the included area and unchecking this box did not immediately change this view and it wasn't intuitive by the naming that it should set the first area back to only the active sheet that I didn't put this all together.  If by unchecking the "Select Matching Sheets" it automatically reverted the list to active only, then this would be clear.  Perhaps this is more of a feature request then rather than a bug report.

That is how I wanted it to work, but I found that when the form loaded, this caused an error because the worksheets have not been defined so there are no worksheets to move. So what is there is a bit of a compromise that gives me a path to add the more useful features later. What you can do is save an 'Active Sheets' session and 'Matching Sheets' and pick from either at the start.

I understand. I consider this issue resolved as I can uncheck the box, hit "Active" and then proceed. Since I always save my template I never need to deal with issue again.
