Can anyone advise a non-techie on how to upload exercise files from a Garmin edge 500 into Sports Tracker?
That's explained in the README.txt :-)
(1) Copy the exercise files from the connected Edge 500 (via USB, connects like a USB stick) to your computer (it's good to have an exercise directory).
(2a) Drag & drop the files to the SportsTracker calander, an "Add exercise" dialog will pop up for each exercise.
(2b) Add a new exercise in SportsTracker and choose the copied file in Optional tab.
