Hi,

 I just wanted to let everyone know that due to a recently large amount
of SPAM getting thru to the list, I've configured the list to accept
posts from members only.

I think it's safe to assume that if you're receiving this mail, you're
currently subscribed to the list, but just in case, here is some useful
