SPODS project started!

Well, I've done, I've started an official open source project. Hopefully it won't be too difficult to get off the ground. All the bits and pieces needed seem to already exist, they just need some glue to tie it all together. The plan right now is to make it as modular as possible to quickly take advantage of better components, while keeping the actual data in a simple, easy to backup format.
