[Spock Proxy Devel] running Spockproxy on windows

Hi All,

 

I have downloaded and extracted the spockproxy tarball release from
http://spockproxy.sourceforge.net/.

I am using windows 7. I don't know how to run spockproxy . any help would be
appreciable. Any other tool do I need to run this?
