SPNEGO JAR does not have a manifest file. This leads to problems in Tomcat deployments:

We are not able to reproduce this bug.

Do you mind providing very detailed steps on how to reproduce this bug?

Perhaps you can provide the specific Tomcat version, Java version, etc., in your environment?

It would be great if you could also give detailed steps you take to perform a build and deployment of your application.

Detailed steps you took to produce the bug would also be very helpful; a very junior developer will be the one who will try to reproduce this bug.
