#15 Add support for Samsung ML-2165

Hi,

Here's a small patch to add support for Samsung ML-2165 monochrome laser printer. I own one of those printers, and tested that printing works.

The patch also reorganises the spl2.defs file a bit, because I need to define different HWMargins than the default values.
