Today, i received an e-mail from Rick Richardson who has reversed =20
this famous algorithm compression 0x13 also called JBIG. I was =20
working on it when he gaves to me the solution!
If you are interested, the document is converted into 4 bitmaps: =20
Cyan, Magenta, Yellow and Black. Next, these bitmaps are compressed =20
using the public JBIG algorithm compression using 1 plane with =20
DELAY_AT, LRLTWO and TPBON options.
The result is split into several parts which are sent in the band =20
structure of the QPDL document with an appropriate specific header.
With all these information and with the free jbigkit, i will try to =20
release a new SpliX version which support the last CLP-300, CLP-600 =20
etc. laser printers !
About colors, i don't have good news at this time.
My next e-mail will contains information about how to test the new =20
splix version :)
