#72 Garbage on the margin with reduced paper size
Printing with papersize set to A5 on A4 paper results in garbage printed on the right margin.

Printing on actual A5 paper one can not see the grabage, of course, but I imagine the toner get wasted anyway on the sides.
The bug was originally found in splix 1 but has been now verified to be present in 2.0.0 too.
