The SPL compiler and standard library now allow using MinGW as code generation backend for Windows builds (32-bit only).
This is the first stage of an ongoing effort to port the SPL compiler to Linux/GCC environment.

At long last, all documentation planned for the initial release of the SPL compiler is finished. The documentation set contains nearly 1100 pages of information, including SPL language and libraries reference, compiler reference, language background, design and evolution notes, as well as a brief comparison of SPL to C, which it was designed to replace.
