#19 ncurses packages doesn't include some xterm info

Yeah, I know. This is just me, talking to myself,
taking note of a thing todo.

It needs a file from the X, and the X packages have not
been made yet, so it just needs to be recompiled once X
is done.

(Note: I commented out the lines on the SlackBuild that
relate to this issue, so when we are ready to kill this
bug, this lines need to be commented out)
