#7 Manual Trigger Plugin

At the moment if you want a manual trigger, you can
use a C.V. module.

It'd be nice if we could have a simple module with just a
button to press to output a trigger, maybe with a
latched/unlatched mode (but that could be done with a
FlipFlop)
