#43 OSS (Alsa) -Outputplugin with choosable device

Hello,

I would like to have an OutputPlugin with configurable
devices (currently i only can change the device
globally and the jackplugin doesnt work right). so I
can prelisten arrangements through my second soundcard,
where my headphones are connected.
