#30 stereo mixer GUI improvements

The stereo mixer should have it's GUI elements placed
into groups, as in the case of the CV plugin.

This will enable the stereo mixer to have multiple
channels (i.e. less than or more than 4) like the mono
mixer.

We can then add an overload LED to the groups as well,
as is requested for the mono mixer.
