#12 Colour/Theme selection dialog

It'd be nice to expand the configuration dialog so that it
includes a section to let the user change the "theme"
settings in their ~/.spiralmodular file. (i.e. the colours
used by SSM and the plugins, and the box type used to
draw the plugin GUIs)
