I have an entry in my .application like so:

<page name="cs.provisioning.FacilityInfo"
specification-path="hta/FacilityInfo.page"/>

I moved that .page file to hta/common but the
specification-path was not updated. I was expecting
Spindle to handle that sort of maintainence chore.
