#2 updated rpm spec file and patch

It's been a couple of years since my last posting, but I finally have an update to the rpm spec file for SpiderApe. Basically, the spec fil requires a dependency upon the js and js-devel rpms instead of the embedded spidermonkey source in the SpiderApe source tarball. IMHO, the js source shouldn't be a part of SpiderApe. In addition, I included a couple of compiler errors when compiling under gcc4.3.2 (for Fedora Core 10).
Known bugs:
SpiderApe.pc is still broken (paths are not set up properly)
SpiderApe-config is still broken (again, paths are not set properly)

Despite these known limitations, it compiles and runs like a chimp (I couldn't resist)!
