Simple PHP Forum 0.5 released

Simple PHP Forum 0.5 has now been released. There is a large number of bug and security fixes in this release, plus a number of new features have been implemented. Many thanks goes out to Ryan who has worked hard on helping with this project! -- I myself just wish I had more time.
