This is an attempt to translate Simple PHP Blog from English to French. I did my best to do it a 'correct' way. Still, many people will certainly not agree with some words I chose, specially 'sujet' for 'entry' and 'titre' for 'subject'.

Note 1 : Some parts cannot be translated. For example, in upload_img.php, the string 'How many images do you wish to upload?' could be replaced with a $lang_string[ 'whatever' ].

Note 2 : I'm not good enough in php so I can only tell that setup.php doesn't work correctly with my strings.php file unless I change line 17 as $temp_lang = 'francais';
Of course, this is not suitable and I'm sure you'll fix this.

Regards.

    Hi,
    It should work fine with "French" spelling if you use "UTF-8" encoding instead of ISO-8859-1

    $lang_string['language'] = 'french';

    $lang_string['html_charset'] = 'UTF-8';
    $lang_string['php_charset'] = 'UTF-8';

    Best Regards
