Two weeks ago I started experimenting with simple php blog. I like it. However, today I noticed the content keyword xxx in the google webmaster tools. Initially I thought some clown added a bunch of comments to my blog with the keyword xxx, but after a little digging I found out the source code of simple php blog uses the string xxx all over the place in the file comment.php to denote an empty string to be filled out by the user.
So my question is this: are the authors of simple php blog aware that this practice of using xxx for an empty string causes the Google bots to register the content keyword xxx to all comment pages of all simple pgp blogs?
While I would not describe myself as a puritan, I am not particularly happy with this automatic and hidden keyword xxx on all the comment pages of my blog.
