I have sphpblog 0.8.0 installed on Apache 2.2 with php 5.2.17 on Windows XP. Everything works find except the add.php page. The resultant html does not have an opening html or head tag. It starts directly at body, and as a result there is not formatting or theme applied.

    I actually found the issue and fixed it. 1 line of code, a minor issue. One line 111 of add.php, added require_once('scripts/sb_header.php');
