Change standard32 lookup tables (faster)
Adds support for compiling standard32 to work without
lookup tables (almost as fast as with them, too)
Optimizes the alpha blending logic used by the non-
tables stuff
Fixed issues with LockImage (incorrect pixel values) and
render_pixel_mask (was applying a pixel's alpha twice)
TransformBlitImage fallback on BlitImage for non-
transform blits
Updated standard32 version number (from 1.00 to 1.11)
Different driver description based on compile settings
('Enhanced 32-bit Color' if lookup tables are
on, 'Standard 32-bit Color' if lookup tables are off)
Performance enhancements to SpriteBlit

    I can't apply your patch (because of line endings, I think).
    Could you make a new one without the line ending changes?

    I want to review this and get this in so we can get these
    problems ironed out...
