When a surface is reflective, Sphere slowly un-reflects
the surface. This is not happening with standard16.dll
Usage:
1.Switch to standard32.dll
Run BugTest. Move around and stop. The reflection goes
away and the yellow is back to yellow.
2.Switch to standard16.dll
Run BugTest. Move around and stop. The reflection
produced where you passed will still faintly be there.
Bug Effect is also present in ChibiTutorial
SCBT_snow_and_rain, in the upper part of the map, which
is reflective.
