#84 Suggestion for AxisSrv

With the recent slew of dll fixes for injection it makes it
impossible to run axissrv in the same directory as some
of the dll's so why not make the axissrv config setup
with something like:

SphereExecutable=c:\dir\to\sphere.exe

So someone with axis can remote restart sphere even if
its in a different dir.
