At present Axis stores the information about the custom
Commands buttons in the Windows registry. This makes
backing up the customised commands harder, and if
recovery from a Windows crash requires reinstallation,
it can mean that the customised commands are lost.
I request that the data instead be stored in a script
file in the Axis directory, in the same manner as the
new locations addable under the Travel tab, stored in
the file custloc.scp. This will make backups and data
recovery much easier on the user.

This is already planned for Axis 0.14. All configuration
values will be stored in XML files within the Axis
directory. There will only be one value stored in the
    Windows registry.
