Hi, I am sorry for being late to reply. stabilized means stabilizer which is the k-point. This means that symmetry operations are restribed by Rk = k + G where R is a rotation operation in reciprocal space and G is the reciprocal lattice vector. Note that functions for reciprocal space will be obsolete.
