[Spglib-users] spglib release v1.15.1 due to a critical bug

Dear spglib users,

I released spglib release v1.15.1 because a critical bug was found.
This bug was in the collinear magnetic type symmetry finding. This bug
probably appeared in v1.15.0, so if you hit this bug, please update
spglib to v1.15.1.
