[Spglib-users] spglib 1.9.7 released

Dear spglib users,

I have released spglib-1.9.7. A collection of minor fixes is
introduced after spglib-1.9.5.
Version number 1.9.6 is skipped for the release. spglib-1.9.6 is
almost identical to 1.9.7, and the python package distribution
channels were migrated between the versions.
