[Spglib-users] Spglib 1.8 released

Dear spglib users,

I have released spglib-1.8. Relatively large code refactoring was made
for the future development and maintenance, but almost no new feature
was added. Therefore spglib-1.7.4 may be more stable than spglib-1.8.
