#7 Add language selection

Here is a copy of the newest version with language
selection. It's really easy to add. I'm using the perl
script for my version, so check it out for the 1 line of
code I added. I also added one line to
spellchecker.html, spellChecker.js and index.html.

There is a demo currently running on my xbox at:
http://wetnun.is-a-geek.net:6969/spellchecker/

I can't really guarantee it's availability though.
