SPELL is a project released under the GNU General Public License version 3 originally initiated by SES ENGINEERING, Luxembourg S.A.R.L. in 2007. For convenience and legal reasons, some of the components of SPELL are nevertheless distributed under the GNU Lesser General Public License version 3 or the Eclipse Public License (for the use of Eclipse RCP). All of them are Open Source licenses.
