The gentleman is most likely having trouble with his Apache 
installation, since 'apxs -q CC' returned a non-zero exit code. No reply 
when I asked him about this, back in March. It probably has nothing to 
do with the FreebBSD port of SpeedCGI, of which I am the humble maintainer.
