- print an output message when modem_run doesn't load
the firmeware (because of the semaphore), which
explains the problem...

- add an option (--force or somethine like that) to
load the firmeware even if the semaphore is set.

For the moment i've got a script which do a ipcrm
before loading the firmeware...
