Well, if wanted, but there are some open questions here. The collision is

I do not plan to mess with it in simuv4. Simuv5 will has a better collision
and damage model, though.

Yes, there is some data available. I did a quick search a few months ago,
but did not download much. I will also help once I am ready with the
Supercars. I have spent a few years simracing with a champcar game (called
Indycar Racing 2 :)), so I know US open wheel racing and oval setup tricks.

Idem, I have used this game a few years. I used when this mod was
release for Grand Prix 4, although I have not found all the sensations
Two years ago I wrote to the modder for permission to use the 3D models
for Speed Dreams.
