Hi guys,

Sorry for not reacting for a while but I try to focus on the writing of my Thesis.

My list for 2.1:

#762 : anisotropic filtering.
   Ready to be included.
#745 : separate sound modules PLIB and Open Al.
It can be included since no regression has been observed.

My current work mainly focus on adding more realistic lightning effects on OSGGRAPH.

Sorry for not helping with car configuration, but I don't even how cars should react ...

Cheers,

Gaëtan

Hello Xavier and all,

when player enter in pit or push pause mode, all simu module, robots and others state are placed in pause state, it's why other network players are very slow in this state.
For me actually better solution is to disable pause & pit stop in network state, I must look if is possible to have network state in ssggraph launch for this.

For me it is too hard a restriction, so it can only be a temporary solution.

I think instead the modules should not be stopped, this is necessary for the window where the player chooses the amount of fuel/ repair. So instead this selection should be done before, while in racing, or this window should not abandon the simu engine. Might be too big a change for 2.1, though.

Pause should be always disabled in network, because if car player is just stopped in middle track, dangerous for others players.

I agree with this.

Cheers,
Kristof
