simon goes alpha

The first alpha version of simon has been released!

It is neither stable nor feature-complete, but it should give you a pretty good overview of what simon will be like.

The source of simon and juliusd is availible as .tar.bz2 on the download page.

Help wanted!

Today we completed the run through all the authorities and they officially cleared the project for foreign participation.

Any help would be very appreciated and as you will see, this is a very active project.

We are a very small team and the project is still in a very early stage of development.

If you have some experience with C++, QT(4) and speak German, get yourself a copy from SVN and check it out!

Welcome to simon!

Hello and welcome to simon on!

We are a group of four students who try to make life easier for Tobias Pölzl - a spastic kid who has trouble typing with a normal keyboard.

So we are trying to provide him a integrated, easy to use speech recognition system based on julius.
