[Spectrum24-bugs] spectrum24t does not work correctly with kernel 2.4.19 and cisco 350 AP

i managed to compile spectrum24t_cs.o
and the driver seams to work with the LA-4121-1100-EU card correctly:

As I do a "ifconfig eth1 10.0.0.2 up" kernel says:

eth1: Link status 1

and the cisco 350 Access Point says the station 00:a0:f8:XX:XX:XX
associated and authenticated, but I could not see the IP-Address
for this station (should be 10.0.0.2) on the AP.

when i do a "tcpdump -i eth1"

i can see DHCP-request packets send by the cisco 350 AP

and when i do a ping on my linux box i can see the arp
requests of my box, but it seems they are never answered ....


the problem now is that i cannot send any 
data over the wireless link ...

with an avaya silver card the same thing works ...

are there known problems with newer kernels or cisco 350 APs ?
