[Specto-devel] first steps towards a file watch!

can somebody please try this and tell me what you think or file some bugs?

usage is very easy:
from watch_file_test import file_watch
w = file_watch("/path/to/file/or/dir")
w.update()

and now remove, modify and create files and call the update() function 
again!
