#12 RPM won't install

because the RPM is created using 'alien', which has this bug when creating RPMs, the spectcl package cannot be installed because of conflicts with 'filesystem' package.
Please use alien to generate the spec file only first and remove the entries for directories '/' and '/usr/bin'. Then build the rpm with rpmbuild.
It seems alien will be fixed soon.
